Great place and part of Accor hotels

I choose this property only because it is part of Accor hotels. In my opinion hotel is good, we were with my friend on BB basis. As I member Novotel gave us room upgrade and regarding breakfast package had upgrade as well. In room had some issues but lady (Don’t remember her name) in reception fixed it immediately. I really appreciate this move from hotel side! Just FYI metro near by hotel is not working (a few weeks ago had strong rainy and it gave some damage) but as I know it will start work in June. Breakfast is quite good for 4* hotel. There is big pool with bar and gym. Generally we had city holiday and came only for sleep. Regarding service, I love housekeeping team. They were giving every time smile to us (which is very important!) I know Manish as I was seen him very often. I had request, as I try to drink more water, he brought extra bottle of waters (small thing but I felt that I am special) Manish if you see this review, Thank you and take care of yourself! We stayed 8 days, thank you Novotel for everything.

Our group of friends, who had previously stayed at this hotel, unfortunately had an absolutely horrendous experience during our recent visit. We booked a three-bedroom suite, but on the second day, at the ungodly hour of 4.00 pm, a group of maintenance workers thought it appropriate to barge into our room unannounced and shut off one of the WCs in the en-suite bathroom. Their justification? It was leaking onto the apartment below. When we suggested they fix it while we were out, they callously informed us that their shift had ended, and it would take a mind-numbing 2-3 hours to complete the job. Later that evening, at 11.30 pm, we approached the receptionist to express our dissatisfaction. To our dismay, she responded with an astonishing level of rudeness. Her proposed solution, offered at the utterly inconvenient hour of 11.30 pm, was to relocate us to an alternative suite. Needless to say, this was completely unacceptable. After delivering a stern lecture on basic customer service etiquette, we received a phone call from the on-call duty manager at the utterly absurd hour of 12.30 am. Regrettably, his solution was equally inadequate, and the extent of their compensation for our troubles was to offer us a measly free breakfast. The next day, history repeated itself. To add insult to injury, we were informed that our compensation for this repeated blunder was a free lunch. The audacity! We were scheduled to be at the airport by 1.00 pm, and yet they callously declined to offer us a complimentary ride, even though the hotel's private car was conveniently parked outside. Instead, the bellboy had the audacity to suggest that we drive ourselves to the airport because, apparently, the car hadn't been used. Outrageous! And let's not forget the utter state of disrepair and neglect that plagued our apartment. The carpets near the affected bathroom were not only damp but also emitted a repugnant odor. The steam room in the spa, touted as a feature of the hotel, was conveniently out of order. Furthermore, the shower in our suite had black mold festering on the ceiling, posing a significant health hazard. As if that weren't enough, one of the bins had a broken foot pedal, rendering it impossible to open the lid. This is not only an inconvenience but also a safety hazard. Rest assured, I will never subject myself to the misery of staying at this hotel again, and I will vehemently discourage others from doing so as well. I fully intend to reach out to Novotel's management to bring this matter to their attention. Such deplorable service and substandard conditions have no place in the hospitality industry.

It was precious stay for me really I enjoy alot..1st I would like to start from hotel staff housekeeping team reception team and afcouse restaurant team they all did nice job I am really very appreciate to forward my experience with my friend cleaning was well 😀 and I would like to mention muskan she was Supervisor on my floor really very kind and helpful.
